Job Description

Support the discipline lead and BIM manager in day-to-day BIM implementation activities, including providing progress updates and maintaining records of formal correspondences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy hardware and software, and deliver training to project team members on BIM software.
  • Develop and update object libraries and quality templates according to organizational standards.
  • Conduct regular QA/QC checks to ensure quality and compliance of all BIM submissions.
  • Validate models for accuracy, export data for design and commercial use, and perform clash detection.
  • Prepare reports and models for value engineering and constructability analysis.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years experience in BIM tools with a focus on CIVIL 3D modeling and multi-disciplinary design workflows.
  • Proficient in various authoring, scripting, design review, coordination, simulations, and collaboration applications.
  • Possess analytical skills to develop reports and presentations.
