Airport Infrastructure Design Specialist

Job Purpose:

The Airport Infrastructure Design Specialist is responsible for planning and designing airfield and landside infrastructure including runways, taxiways, aprons, aircraft stands, roads, and parking facilities.

We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to the delivery of optimized and safe designs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed geometric designs for airside and landside infrastructure using AutoCAD Civil 3D, AviPLAN, and BIM tools
  • Create grading plans, cut-and-fill calculations, and earthworks balance to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Produce design drawings and Bills of Quantities extracted from BIM models for project coordination
  • Design signing & marking layouts in accordance with international aviation and road design standards
  • Support stand and gate design optimization for improved airport efficiency

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in airport or transportation infrastructure design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, AviPLAN, and BIM software
  • Strong knowledge of international aviation and road design standards
  • Ability to apply codes and standards directly in design solutions
