
District Hospital Operations Manager

The successful candidate will serve as the Operational Head of a District Government Hospital, overseeing its day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with National Medical Commission regulations. They will work closely with government officials, politicians, MLAs, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality healthcare services while maintaining operational efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management: To drive operational efficiency, enhance patient care, collaborate with the Corporate Leadership Team to achieve strategic objectives, oversee hospital operations, manage hospital resources, and implement standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
2. Compliance, Regulatory Oversight, Quality, Ranking, and Accreditation Initiatives: Ensure operations adherence to NMC regulations, maintain compliance with state and central government healthcare policies, prepare and submit reports, oversee audits and inspections, and undertake particular duties assigned by the Dean.
3. Liaison with Government Officials: Act as the primary point of contact between the hospital and government officials, facilitate smooth communication and collaboration with government stakeholders, negotiate and manage contracts, and manage liaison, strategy, and interactions with government authorities on behalf of the institution.
4. Financial and Administrative Oversight: Develop and manage the hospital's operational budget in collaboration with the finance team, monitor financial performance, ensure cost-effectiveness, and implement performance tracking systems to evaluate staff and departmental efficiency.

Strong leadership skills, strategic planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have experience in operational management, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and financial management.
