System Administrator Role:

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and performance of our Supply Chain systems.

This position involves providing proactive system administration, troubleshooting, and technical support to bridge technology and operations.

The job requires managing system configurations, monitoring performance, and resolving incidents while serving as the first point of contact for business users.

">Duties and Responsibilities">
  • End-to-End Support: Ensure continuous system availability and performance for all Supply Chain solutions.
  • Immediate Technical Contact: Handle calls and chats, documenting all interactions, for locations using Supply Chain systems.
  • Troubleshooting and Escalation: Resolve issues and outages, collaborating with vendors, developers, and application administrators to determine root cause and long-term resolution.
  • Automation Infrastructure Management: Manage automation infrastructure for DCs, MDCs, and Ship Hubs to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
  • System Monitoring and Alert Response: Respond to system alerts and use monitoring tools to proactively identify and troubleshoot issues within Supply Chain systems.
  • Technical Communication: Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Standardized Procedures and Best Practices: Apply standardized procedures and best practices to achieve goals, meet deadlines, and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • SLA Management: Escalate and advance issues as necessary to ensure SLAs are met or exceeded.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Develop and maintain documentation for incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and future problem prevention.
  • System Upgrades and Deployments: Support system upgrades, patches, testing, and deployments in partnership with IT, operations, and vendors.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements that increase efficiency and reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Proficiency with HighJump Warehouse Management System, Oracle, SQL, Service Now, Genesys, Dispatch Track, Mercury Gate, Logility.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar supply chain solutions strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting infrastructure and software systems in a fast-paced environment a plus.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain systems and their interaction with broader business processes.
  • Solid grasp of SQL/Oracle a bonus.
  • General familiarity with automation infrastructure in distribution and logistics environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into user-friendly explanations.
  • Self-motivated and thorough, capable of balancing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
