Our organization is seeking a strategic financial leader to drive business growth and decision-making through effective planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes across business units.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive financial performance and cost optimization.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investments, and strategic projects.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies.

Requirements:

  • 12-17 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a large or multinational organization.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Power BI).
  • CA - First / Second Attempt.
