Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced sales professional with strong analytical skills to drive business growth through the identification of new sales opportunities and the development of customized solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate new sales leads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies and optimize sales processes
- Present and explain the benefits of our products and services to potential clients, highlighting their value proposition and competitive advantage
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documentation to facilitate seamless transactions
- Achieve and exceed established sales targets, driving revenue growth and profitability
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to stay ahead in a rapidly changing market
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and results-driven approach
