Job Title: Brand Manager - Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead brand-building initiatives, oversee marketing campaigns, and ensure consistency across all communication channels. The role involves guiding the in-house team, providing strategic direction, and strengthening the brand presence across real estate, hospitality, and upcoming ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, voice, and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns by the in-house team.
  • Review and approve marketing content, creative, and collateral.
  • Track key marketing metrics, engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions, and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and provide strategic insights to management.
  • Map customer journeys and enhance engagement touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand objectives with business goals.
  • Provide creative direction and ensure brand-compliant designs for real estate, hospitality, and new ventures.
  • Benchmark social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification.
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content, original text, images, video, or HTML that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Optimize content on all company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content and set a uniform language across all channels.
  • Create compelling content for all marketing collateral spread across ATL BTL.
  • Ensure all-around consistency, style, fonts, images, and tone.
  • Plan, proofread, and execute all marketing strategies in a given budget, including SEO SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Candidate Profile:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Brand management, marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign planning, and customer engagement.
  • Ability to manage and mentor in-house marketing design teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality sectors preferred.
  • Highly creative with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
