Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and managing AI development platforms that drive business growth and innovation.

About the Role:

This is a senior product management role focused on developing and executing a strategic vision for AI/GenAI development platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI technologies, experience with product management in a technical environment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate the strategic vision for AI/GenAI development platforms aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop a dynamic roadmap for platform evolution, prioritizing features based on emerging AI trends and team feedback.
  • Responsible for setting the platform's vision, managing its lifecycle, and ensuring its alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from concept through delivery, ensuring quality and timely updates.
  • Provide technical guidance on development best practices and support a range of AI activities from data processing to deployment.
  • Lead user training initiatives and create comprehensive documentation to enhance platform proficiency among internal teams.
  • Monitor platform performance continuously and iterate on enhancements based on user feedback and technological advancements.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering with 10-15 years of experience as a Product Manager or Owner, preferably in AI/ML or technology platforms.
  • Strong understanding of GenAI technologies and development processes.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience in managing AI/ML platforms or tools.
  • Familiarity with software development and data science workflows.
  • Leadership experience in a technical product management role.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans.
