Product Manager
who is not just strategic but also deeply

Job Description

The
Product Manager
will take ownership of Drema AI's core SaaS platform roadmap and execution. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and AI teams to define product requirements, review technical designs, and ensure smooth delivery of features. Your
technical expertise in coding, DB schema design, and architecture
will enable you to make informed product decisions and effectively align business goals with engineering execution.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the
    product roadmap
    for our SaaS platform.
  • Work closely with developers to design
    scalable architecture
    and
    efficient database schemas
    .
  • Translate business needs into
    technical requirements and user stories
    .
  • Research
    SaaS workflows, user behavior, and AI integrations
    to identify opportunities.
  • Prioritize product features and manage trade-offs between
    time, scope, and resources
    .
  • Review API structures, DB models, and system integrations for alignment with product vision.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure
    seamless, user-friendly product experiences
    .
  • Measure product success through
    KPIs, adoption metrics, and feedback loops
    .

Requirements

  • Prior experience (internship or role) in
    Product Management
    or
    Technical Product roles
    .
  • Hands-on coding knowledge
    or similar).
  • Strong understanding of
    databases, schema design, and backend architecture
    .
  • Familiarity with
    APIs, microservices, and SaaS system workflows
    .
  • Knowledge of
    Supabase, Firebase, or cloud-based BaaS platforms
    .
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work
    onsite, in a collaborative startup environment
    .
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
