Job Description:

Naukripay is seeking a highly skilled Medical Production Supervisor to lead our production team and ensure the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing: Supervise the production process, ensuring that all pharmaceutical products meet regulatory requirements and are manufactured according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Equipment Operation: Oversee the maintenance, cleaning, and operation of equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
  • Sterilization: Ensure that all sterilization procedures are followed correctly, including validating equipment and maintaining accurate records.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete documentation, including batch production records, logbooks, and other relevant documents.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all personnel comply with current good manufacturing practice (CGMP) regulations, industry policies, and company procedures.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality assurance team to implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supervision: Supervise and train production personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Production Schedules: Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products and optimize resource utilization.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to improve systems and processes, ensuring minimal disruption to production operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as pharmacy, biology, or chemistry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with GMP regulations and industry-standard software.
