We're seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our agile team and play a key role in building insightful reports that transform assessment data into actionable intelligence for both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Solutions That Meet Business Needs
  • Architect, Design, and Implement Warehouse and Reporting Solutions
  • Extract data from bespoke applications and third-party products
  • Consolidate multiple data sources into a data warehouse and/or data lake
  • Ensure Data Accessibility and Structure for Reporting Needs
  • Set up dashboards and reports in data visualization and reporting tools
  • Build resilient, reliable, secure, and cost-effective solutions
  • Stay ahead of issues with proactive monitoring and alerting
  • Implement best practices
  • Collaborate with product management to prioritize and plan necessary technical debt remediation and refactoring of data structures and stored procedures

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with SQL Servers and relational databases
  • Querying and optimizing complex data sets
  • Creating and optimizing complex stored procedures, functions, and triggers
  • Working with legacy code and systems
