Lead a Key Team in AI and GenAI

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead a key team focused on the Incedo Lighthouse platform, providing architectural and algorithmic leadership to evolve AI and GenAI-driven modules.

Advanced AI and GenAI
  • Develop and deploy advanced large language model (LLM), sparse learning model (SLM) and reinforcement agent generator (RAG) based models for problem discovery, root cause analysis and action recommendation.
  • Ensure models are interpretable, scalable and optimized for performance in production environments at big data scale.
Gen-AI-Powered Analysis
  • Create and fine-tune generative AI models to assist in analysis creation for problem discovery.
  • Translate complex data patterns into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Reference Architectures
  • Evolving frameworks for augmenting batch processing data architectures with streaming architectures.
  • Operationalize AI and Gen-AI models optimally in batch and real-time modes.
Client Deployments
  • Consult on creating automated data pipelines for raw data and engineered features.
  • Establish robust machine learning operations (MLOps) and large-scale machine learning operations (LLMOps) practices.
Leadership and Collaboration
  • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, data engineers and business analysts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • In-depth understanding of statistics, classical machine learning, deep learning and genAI.
  • Able to understand nuances of business problems in various domains.
  • Significant hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI models.
