GenAI Engineering Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI engineering professional to join our organization. As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development of cutting-edge AI agent platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Architecture: Design the architecture of our AI systems, ensuring they are cost-efficient and aligned with our overall architectural vision.
  • Implementation: Implement major components of our product, driving technical innovation and excellence.
  • Ownership: Take ownership of delivery timelines and coordinate the complete development of products, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Releases: Oversee product releases, pre-plan infrastructure scaling, and ensure seamless deployment.
  • Leadership: Communicate clear goals, provide constructive feedback, manage, coach, and support the engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
  • Quality: Maintain high standards of code quality through regular design and code reviews, ensuring our products meet exceptional standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms with measurable adoption, driving business results.
  • RAG Pipelines: Strong knowledge of retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, and knowledge graphs, applied to conversational AI systems.
  • Conversational AI: Deep experience with conversational AI systems, including evaluation frameworks, and a proven track record of success.
  • Scaling Services: Successful scaling of services to 200K+ MAUs or equivalent scale, demonstrating expertise in large-scale system design.
  • Leadership Experience: 4+ years of engineering experience, with demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making, driving teams towards shared goals.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and design, fostering cross-functional partnerships.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, providing a solid foundation for technical expertise.
  • Additional Skills: Experience in Node.js and modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js/React/Angular) is a plus, offering additional value to the team.
