Senior Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary Design Architect to assume a leadership role in driving innovative design concepts and strategies for architectural and interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of detailed architectural models, drawings, and presentations that showcase expertise in conceptualizing and executing design solutions.
  • Spearhead design-thinking initiatives that infuse creativity and innovation into architectural projects while surpassing traditional drafting methods.
  • Take charge of planning and developing design concepts that integrate artistic and creative elements into construction projects.
  • Proficiently execute Working & Detailed Drawings with precision, overseeing project compliance and design integrity.
  • Showcase advanced rendering skills to enhance project visualizations and presentations, elevating the design narrative.
  • Demonstrate readiness to lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in architectural and interior design, with a strong emphasis on design-focused roles.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop, demonstrating the ability to translate complex design concepts into tangible representations.
  • Excellent creative, organizational, and presentation skills to effectively communicate design visions and strategies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in additional design and rendering software/tools.
