Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead to oversee the quality assurance efforts for our web domain project. The QA Lead will be responsible for developing test strategies and ensuring the overall quality of the project.
The successful candidate will develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for web applications. They will lead and manage the QA team, including mentoring and providing guidance.
Key responsibilities include managing testing for web applications serving high-traffic and high-visibility client sites. The candidate will design and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
They will also oversee API and performance testing, ensuring scalability and reliability. Collaboration with stakeholders is required to define testing requirements and deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 10 years of experience in software QA testing role.
- Good analytical and logical skills to think through new applications and strategize testing.
- Relevant work experience in manual testing of Web applications.
- Demonstrated knowledge of automated testing using Selenium or an alternate automation tool (Mabl).
- Good understanding of Web and Mobile-based projects.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.
- Ideal experience with Linux environment.
