Job Title: Senior Product Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and drive multiple technology programs and product implementations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery excellence, preferably within the Banking/FinTech domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end technical programs and product implementations with a high degree of precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Clients) to ensure timely delivery of milestones and meet customer expectations.
  • Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and change requests proactively to minimize potential disruptions.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps that align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives under Agile/Scrum methodology to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders on project progress and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, security, and regulatory standards, particularly in banking projects, to maintain a strong reputation and trust.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA/PMP certification a plus).
  • 5-7 years of experience in program/project management within product or technology environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering SaaS, enterprise, or banking/fintech platforms with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and DevOps culture to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills to build strong relationships and drive results.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
