Lead Across Operations and Growth

We're seeking a sharp generalist to lead across operations, product, growth, and execution. This role requires ownership of critical projects from start to finish, turning ideas into tangible outcomes and building systems that maintain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning key aspects of the organization - operations, strategy, product, growth, etc.
  • Converting abstract concepts into shipped features, launched campaigns, or resolved problems.
  • Creating order from chaos by establishing processes and priorities where none existed.
  • Identifying issues (broken or missing) and rectifying them while automating tasks where possible.
  • Maintaining alignment among team members - running standups, writing documentation, ensuring everyone is working towards the same goals.
  • Contributing to various tasks without hesitation - no project too big, no task too small.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in startups, ops, product, growth, or similar environments.
  • Able to act decisively without needing explicit instructions.
  • A bias towards action and clarity in communication.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity - able to make informed decisions without perfect information.
  • A generalist mindset - enjoying variety and being skilled in multiple areas.
  • Preferring to build rather than maintain existing systems.
