Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers entering the trial room area ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Allocate trial rooms track garment count and ensure security of merchandise maintaining a well-organized store environment.
  • Assist customers with sizes styling queries and product availability providing accurate information.
  • Ensure trial rooms are clean and well-maintained at all times adhering to high standards.
  • Handle garments responsibly removing pins folding clothes and ensuring they are ready for restocking.
  • Coordinate with sales executives for quick product exchanges or size changes streamlining the shopping experience.
  • Prevent misuse or damage of garments while in the trial room maintaining a secure and responsible environment.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies on customer service and store hygiene promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Report any customer feedback issues or suspicious activity to the Store Manager fostering open communication.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in retail/customer service preferred but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Presentable polite and customer-friendly attitude.
  • Brief knowledge of fashion/ethnic wear an asset but not required.
  • Ability to multitask work efficiently under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
