Visual Merchandiser Job Summary

As an in-store experience designer, you will play a vital role in bringing our stores to life by shaping the customer's journey and creating engaging experiences that drive sales and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This position requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for visual merchandising and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for designing and executing impactful store displays, collaborating across teams to turn brand vision into in-store magic, and owning POS and visual collateral to ensure high-quality materials are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute visually appealing store displays that meet sales targets and engage customers.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring brand visions to life.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality POS and visual collateral.
  • Enhance the customer journey by mapping out their in-store experience and making every step engaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in retail and visual merchandising to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in meat retail, grocery, or food retail.
  • Experience in designing planograms and creating engaging POS materials is essential.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of design and understanding of retail customer behavior are required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
