Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the flawless execution of our Salesforce applications.

  • This role involves developing comprehensive test strategies and executing both manual and automated tests to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • You will design and develop automated test frameworks and scripts using tools like Selenium, Provar, or other relevant automation tools.
  • Fundamental responsibilities include performing functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing on Salesforce applications.
  • Collaboration with business analysts and developers is essential to understand requirements and ensure testability of features.
  • The ability to identify, document, and track defects, working closely with the development team for timely resolution is critical.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on quality metrics and product readiness.
  • Integration of automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Copado) is necessary to support continuous testing.
  • Maintenance of knowledge of the latest Salesforce releases and features ensures that testing strategies remain current.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on enterprise applications.
  • Demonstrated experience testing Salesforce Clouds like Sales, Financial Cloud, other Industry cloud is preferred.
  • Proven experience in test automation, including designing, building, and maintaining automation frameworks.
  • Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or others.
  • Experience with performance and security testing is an asset.
  • A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with test management tools like Jira and version control systems like Git.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator) are an advantage.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
