Business Development Associate

At Maxtalent, we are hiring for a challenging and rewarding role of Business Development Associate.
Salary: ₹30,000 per month for freshers, up to ₹55,000 in-hand for experienced candidates + incentives.
Job Responsibilities- Engage with at least 80 prospective students daily through leads provided in the CRM system.
- Provide detailed counseling about UG/PG programs through calls or video sessions, understanding the interests of students.
- Build a strong prospect pipeline and work towards achieving weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
The ideal candidate will have a graduation degree or be awaiting final year results. They will also need to be based in Mumbai (Chembur, Goregaon, or Thane) for face-to-face interviews.
