Job Overview

Digital Twin Specialist

Craft immersive, photorealistic virtual environments in Unreal Engine (UE5 preferred) as part of a cross-disciplinary team developing innovative digital twin solutions.

This role requires strong expertise in environment creation, 3D asset development, and digital twin integration. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of Unreal Engine, proficiency in 3D modeling & texturing, and experience with CAD/BIM/Revit file importation and optimization.

The successful Digital Twin Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Environment Creation: Build and optimize large-scale, photorealistic environments in Unreal Engine.
  • 3D Asset Development: Model, texture, and optimize high-quality 3D assets.
  • Digital Twin Integration: Import and integrate CAD/BIM/Revit data into interactive Unreal environments.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure assets and scenes meet real-time performance benchmarks.
  • Art Direction & Mentorship: Set visual standards, provide feedback, and mentor junior artists.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's/Master's in 3D Art, Architecture, Computer Graphics, Game Design, or related field.

Experience: 4+ years in 3D art/environment design, with 3+ years focused on Unreal Engine.

Core Expertise:

  • Advanced knowledge of Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5).
  • Strong 3D modeling & texturing skills.
  • Proven ability to import/optimize CAD/BIM/Revit files.
  • Lighting, shading, and material creation (PBR workflows).
