Seeking an experienced professional to oversee the governance and administration of OpenAI tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data privacy controls, compliance requirements, and AI tool environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage data privacy controls to prevent sensitive data from being used to train AI models.
  • Deliver comprehensive audit logs, compliance reporting, and monitoring for OpenAI usage.
  • Implement robust guardrails and moderation tools to enhance security and reliability of AI applications.
  • Track and analyze model performance and usage metrics, producing regular reports for leadership.
  • Optimize prompt engineering and evaluate cost/performance trade-offs to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures.

The successful candidate will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AI tools, overseeing their overall governance and ensuring optimal functionality. This role requires excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to handle complex technical issues.

A strong background in AI governance, data privacy, and compliance is essential for this position. Additionally, experience with OpenAI tools and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment are highly desirable.
