Marketing Visual Designer Role

About the Position

We seek a creative and skilled Marketing Visual Designer to shape our brand identity and ensure design consistency across channels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design website content, including landing pages, banners, and on-site creatives that align with our brand's visual language.
  • Create engaging social media posts, stories, and ad creatives that capture our audience's attention across various platforms.
  • Design infographics, headers, and supporting visuals for articles that showcase our brand's expertise.
  • Develop visually appealing and mobile-friendly email templates that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Design print and event collateral, including banners, booths, brochures, and merchandise that reflect our brand's personality.
  • Build sleek, professional, and brand-aligned presentations that communicate our value proposition effectively.
  • Edit videos for campaigns and create basic animations to enhance digital content and captivate our audience.
  • Maintain a cohesive visual language across all marketing and communication channels to maintain our brand's reputation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing, creative agencies, or startups as a visual designer.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work that demonstrates skills and creativity.
  • Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work, including user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles.
  • Experience with video editing and animation tools, such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, or equivalents.
  • Awareness of digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices to ensure our brand stays ahead of the curve.
  • The ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs to deliver high-quality results efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
