As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for bringing visual storytelling to life.

This role involves designing impactful social media posts, posters, banners, brochures, and campaign materials that captivate audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing compelling creatives: Create high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Video Content Creation: Produce engaging short videos, edit student testimonials, and develop eye-catching ad creatives that drive results.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent visual identity across digital, print, and event materials.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to deliver high-performing creative assets.
  • Support Outreach Events: Assist with impactful branding and collateral development for outreach events and education fairs.
  • Stay Ahead: Experiment with design trends to keep our brand fresh, youthful, and engaging.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Creative Designer.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
  • Strong skills in both static design and video editing.
  • A good sense of typography, colors, and layouts.
  • Ability to translate concepts into visually engaging stories.
  • Prior experience in the education or youth-focused sector is a plus.
