  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field of server hardware and data center infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Participate in audit calls and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an authorized university.
  • Relevant server certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience for L1 position and 3-5 years of experience for L2 position.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of ITIL Framework is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high awareness of customer needs.
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts 24*7 environment.
  • Travel, including overnight domestic, may be required.
