As a cloud technology professional, you will be responsible for delivering technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud systems.

You will develop extracts for reporting, analysis, and integration with other systems using BI Publisher and perform data conversion using HDL. Fast formulas, functional understanding of at least two HCM modules including Core HR, Redwood framework, Journey configuration, page personalizations, customizations, and integrations using REST APIs are also key aspects of this role.

Additionally, you will prepare and submit technical documentation. Participating in requirement collection discussions with business stakeholders, managing integration between HCM Cloud and external applications or systems within the organization, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements, providing training and support to business users, and working closely with the IT team to ensure data security, backup, and recovery plans are in place and effective are crucial skills for success in this position.
