Remote Opportunity to Work as SAP Basis Consultant

Job Description

This opportunity presents the chance to work from home as a technical consultant, providing support and guidance to customers on SAP technologies.

  • Presentation of RISE with SAP service offerings and value proposition to customers
  • Support and organization of technical responses to RFP / RFIs
  • Blueprinting of customer requirements around HA/DR, Business Continuity, Security & Compliance, networks, etc.
  • Generation of pricing and provision of ongoing deal support to sales teams
  • Ownership of technical discussions with customers on the Private Cloud Edition topic and orchestration of experts to obtain expertise from the Cloud Architecture & Advisory organization
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in customer communications and presentations
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, Business Administration required from an accredited university
  • Good understanding of SAP technologies and platform stacks
  • Good understanding of RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition and SAP Business Technology Platform
  • English native speaker, any other language an asset
Benefits

  • Experience working with hosting providers and data centers is beneficial; HANA/Suite on HANA skills would be helpful but not mandatory
  • Experience working for an enterprise software and/or services vendor is necessary
