About the Job

As a Backend Developer at Navi, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining robust backend systems.

Key responsibilities include implementing assigned features through performant and maintainable code with appropriate test coverage, understanding component/service design and architecture, and performing effective code reviews for peers.

  • Implement assigned features and changes through clean coding practices.
  • Understand the design and architecture of the component/service and implement low-level designs (LLDs).
  • Perform effective code reviews for peers and consider customer experience and product performance.

Requirements for this position include proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Go, or Kotlin, solid understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and data structures, experience in implementing algorithms to solve real-world problems, and proven track record in building and maintaining backend systems.
