Backend Developer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to create scalable systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs for performance, security, and scalability.
  • Work with SQL/MySQL to design schemas, optimize queries, and improve database performance.
  • Debug and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
  • Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end features.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments.
  • Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and design decisions for new systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5–8 years of backend development experience with Java.
  • Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and REST APIs.
  • Hands-on with SQL/MySQL (indexes, joins, query optimization, data modeling).
  • Solid debugging and problem-solving skills with production systems.
  • Experience with Kafka, Redis, NoSQL databases is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization.
  • Understanding of software engineering best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
