Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end program management for website updates, email marketing campaigns, and SEO initiatives.

This role will involve aligning on program goals, objectives, timelines, and success metrics with business functions.

You will develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Multitasking and working efficiently under pressure with expert attention to detail and prioritization skills are essential in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Six to nine years of experience in a marketing or project management role, either in an agency or internal position;
  • A range of experience with project management theory and best practices;
  • A bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, communications, or a related field;
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and governance skills;
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing operations;
  • Accomplished, confident communication and collaboration skills across various engagements;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Teams;
  • Working knowledge of production processes for print and digital deliverables;
