Recruit Fresh Graduates

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sourcing Specialist.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Attraction: Source and attract fresh graduates through various channels, including campus drives, job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, placement cells, and training institutes.
  • Candidate Screening: Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess candidates for training readiness.
  • Hiring Events: Coordinate and participate in virtual and on-ground hiring events.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding into the training program.
  • MIS and Reporting: Maintain MIS and daily reports on sourcing activities, conversion ratios, and pipeline status.

Requirements:
