Sales Professional

As a key member of our sales team, you will cultivate strong relationships with major customers to drive continuous sales revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals. You will also ensure that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly, providing overall guidance to newly-recruited Sales Representatives. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of sales made, potential and existing customers, and sales employee performance evaluations. Your technical expertise, coupled with excellent communication skills, will enable you to effectively support newly-recruited or less experienced Sales Representatives in answering customer inquiries. Through in-depth analysis of sales metrics, you will determine the effectiveness of our sales strategies and make recommendations for improvement. Furthermore, you will conduct research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain valuable insights into customer preferences and interests. This role requires a strong understanding of technical field sales, B2B sales, project sales, and daily meetings with SI partners.
