This position involves a dynamic combination of therapeutic expertise and sales skills. As a Sex Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals overcome challenges related to their sexual and psychological health.

The key responsibilities of this role include conducting initial discovery calls with potential clients, establishing rapport, and guiding clients to understand the support they need.

You will also be responsible for pitching treatment packages, communicating the benefits and outcomes of various plans, and closing sales.

Additionally, you will offer brief therapeutic support during initial calls, ensuring clients feel heard and validated.

With our team of therapists, you will work together to ensure a seamless transition from discovery calls to ongoing treatment plans.

Maintaining detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and client progress is also an essential part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discovery Calls & Client Engagement: Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients who are seeking help for psychological and sexual health issues.
  • Establish rapport and build trust during calls, guiding clients to understand the support they need.
  • Pitch appropriate treatment packages and treatment plans, demonstrating how they align with the client's goals.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and outcomes of various treatment plans, addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Closing sales and onboard clients into the treatment process.
  • Therapeutic Support: Offer brief therapeutic support and guidance during the initial call, ensuring clients feel heard and validated.
  • Offer insights and recommendations based on the client's needs, while always upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Provide referrals or resources for clients who are not immediately ready to proceed with treatment.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with our team of therapists, ensuring a seamless transition from discovery calls to ongoing treatment plans.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and client progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Assist in continuously improving the discovery call process and treatment offerings by providing feedback on client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Sex Therapy, or a related field is required.
  • Certification or licensure in sex therapy or a related field is necessary (depending on location requirements).
  • Prior experience in conducting sales calls, consultations, or intake assessments is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and address client needs empathetically, are essential.
  • Excellent understanding of psychological, sexual health, and relationship issues is required.
  • Ability to pitch and close sales in a professional and empathetic manner is necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial.
