Job Description

As a Data Governance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our company's data assets.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate data-related risks, develop and implement data management strategies, and provide expert guidance on data governance best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with data stakeholders to develop and maintain data quality standards
  • Identifying and addressing data security vulnerabilities
  • Developing and implementing data governance policies and procedures
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in data governance and strategy for Master Data Management (MDM)/Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence and engage at multiple levels and cross-functionally
  • Intermediate understanding of Data Management and Data Governance concepts (metadata, lineage, data quality, etc.) and prior experience
  • Intermediate competency in SQL & Python or other programming languages
  • Prior experience in Finance or Controllership is preferred
  • Prior experience with Agile or SAFe project methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or other similar fields
