Imaging Endpoints is an organization focused on advancing imaging science, technology, and services. Our purpose is to bring curative technologies to humankind by connecting imaging to the cure.

We have supported many impactful new drug approvals in oncology and are seeking talented individuals to customize clinical trials' imaging for efficacy.

  • The Associate Director will authorize and oversee hardware and software deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, and support based on Innovation and IT infrastructure strategy.
  • This includes developing configuration and monitoring standards for network performance and implementing controls to ensure standards are maintained.
  • Evaluating business needs, objectives, and goals, researching Innovation and IT applications necessary to meet IE Network needs.
  • Developing plans for project implementation, coordinating process deliverables with project leaders and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining awareness of changing Innovation and IT trends, best practices, and regulations impacting operational efficiency and business continuity.
  • Participating in hardware and software evaluations along with vendor contracts.
  • Making purchasing recommendations and monitoring contracted service(s) performance.
  • Developing business case justifications and cost-benefit analysis for IT budgeting.
  • Directing management on potential technology solutions and implementations in support of IT's initiatives, opportunities, and procurement efforts.

Skill Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills ensuring privacy and security of user information systems, staff productivity with technology support, and effective management of IT assets.
  • Quality management: looking for ways to improve and promote quality, understanding business implications of decisions, and displaying orientation to profitability.
  • Strategic thinking: developing strategies to achieve IT departmental and company goals.
  • Organizational support: following and supporting policies and procedures, completing administrative tasks correctly and on time, and responding to management direction.
