Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely payment from customers. Your primary focus will be on collecting outstanding invoices from past due accounts, managing assigned portfolios, and maintaining regular communication with customers to keep their accounts current.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring customer payments are made on due dates
  • Collecting, managing, and providing resolution for outstanding invoices from past due accounts
  • Maintaining adherence to all credit and collection policies at all times
  • Negotiating payment plans and assisting customers with enrolling in autopay and other payment schedules
  • Investigating delinquent accounts and providing appropriate documentation to customers when needed
  • Updating records in the system and generating related reports
  • Liaising with relevant teams regarding assigned portfolios
  • Managing the decision process for disconnecting customers when payments cannot be negotiated
  • Attending to assigned cases from review to closure
Required Skills and Qualifications

We seek candidates with a strong background in finance, collections, or a related field. Key qualifications include:

  • At least a bachelor's degree in any field
  • 1.5 years of working experience in a related field is required
  • Preferably 1-4 years of experienced employees specializing in finance - collections/accounts receivable, general/cost accounting, or equivalent
  • Work experience in a BPO industry is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills with strong customer service or stakeholder relationship
  • Willingness to work night shifts or based on business needs
