Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant in Bangalore. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for Financial Reporting, recording accounting transactions including vendor invoices and employee expense reports, complete daily upkeep of bank reconciliation activity and complete monthly bank reconciliation, journal entries, assist with monthly GST Reporting and other accounting and tax support duties. The Senior Accountant will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide analytical reports as required.

Qualifications


• A bachelor's degree in accounting is required and 3-5 years of experience in the accounting function.


• Understanding of accounting principles and practices.


• Working experience in financial reporting and MIS reports


• Working experience in NetSuite, Odoo, Tally, Zoho Books


• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and PivotTables)


• A positive, self-starter attitude, with the judgement and drive to work independently


• Organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at once and ability to quickly come up with alternatives/back-ups.


• Strong attention to detail.


• Good communication skills
