Our organization seeks a skilled Content Developer to craft and revise technical documentation. As a Content Developer, your primary responsibilities will include creating and revising Service Bulletins (SBs) for the Airbus STD SB Airframe, Hydro Mech & Cargo domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and revise SBs as per requirements in the SBO
  • Perform configuration analysis to identify pre- and post-drawings
  • Be familiar with Airbus standards of S1000D, iSpec 2200, and ASD STE – 100
  • Conduct technical analysis of criteria and related data sources
  • Have knowledge of SAP PCS and Authoring Tools in SAMM DACAS, TAKSY, GIDOCA, GYPSY, Airn@V, ZAMIZ, PASS SSCI, APS
  • Be knowledgeable on cold working SB's
  • Aircraft Zone and Access study to specify work location
  • Carry out precise sequence of the Authoring process described in the Quality Plan
  • Estimate timeline and make realistic commitment with project leader
  • Participate actively in customer communication for any queries
  • Analyse, Mock-up & Author in Arbor text or Epic editor for SB
  • Maintain quality (RFT) and KPIs for task assigned
  • Manage workload and maintain OTD (on time deliveries) and quality
  • Know the workflow process like quality check, INC & DCR
  • Be familiar in root cause analysis like 5 Why and 8D method (NCR)

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautics or Mechanical Engineering
  • AME with Airline experience as well as SB authoring experience
