Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in assessing and mitigating risks associated with recruitment partners.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a robust vendor risk management program, encompassing partner risk profiling, ongoing monitoring, and regular updates to senior management.

Key tasks include:

  1. Investigating discrepancies, suspicious activity, and patterns that may compromise compliance.
  2. Designing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment partner risk management program based on industry best practices.
  3. Conducting thorough risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
  4. Analyzing recruitment partner risk profiles and developing targeted mitigation strategies.
  5. Creating and maintaining recruitment partner risk management policies and procedures.

You will work closely with various business units to ensure that partners are thoroughly vetted and appropriate risk mitigation strategies are in place.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, accompanied by 10+ years of experience in operational risk management, recruitment partner risk management, or similar fields.

A relevant certification, such as Certified Third Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) or Supply Chain Management Designation (SCMP), is highly desirable.
