Central Kitchen Team Member

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our central kitchen team as a Central Kitchen Team Member. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality food products are delivered to our customers.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality V4V7 and BevD items, maintaining food safety standards, and handling mise planning and inventory management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Learn central kitchen preparation methods and packaging techniques.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure efficient production.
  • Manage inventory using the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) system and barcodes.
  • Perform sanitization tasks and mise-en techniques to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Follow recipe guidelines and planogram storage protocols to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Produce consistent quality items and manage bulk orders to meet customer demands.
  • Check food quality and provide feedback to improve product quality.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15 months experience in a kitchen environment is required.
  • An intermediate understanding of kitchen operations and inventory management proficiency is necessary.
  • Packaging and dispatching experience is an asset.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with culinary education being a plus.
