As a seasoned finance professional, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our financial strategy.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity involves collaborating closely with senior management to drive business growth through effective financial planning and management.

You will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.

  • Manage cash flow, assess borrowing needs, and determine available funds for expenses and investments.
  • Supervise the operations of AR/AP, Payroll, tax, and statutory compliance.
  • Provide stakeholders with financial visibility through regular reports on yearly, quarterly, and monthly financial performance.
  • Forecast financial outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities include managing relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, legal advisors, and government agencies.

Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in finance roles, preferably within small to medium-sized companies or technology startups with a global reach.
  • In-depth knowledge of GAAP, with practical experience in global finance practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and address new challenges.
