Lead Generation and Sales Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for devising and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, assessing its effectiveness, refining, and optimizing to meet and exceed sales quota achievement.

  • Develop and analyze growth strategies roadmaps, new programs, and strategic partnerships to drive business expansion.
  • Implement sales initiatives to achieve and exceed sales target attainment, expand the customer base in support of our growth strategy, and utilize a network and account target list to generate qualified leads and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture and engage leads/prospects and convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and presales teams for support in generating and qualifying new leads, eliminating any delays or gaps in proposal/collateral submission to the client and nurturing prospects.
  • Define and continuously improve the lead management process.

Opportunity Management

  • Track and manage all opportunities for potential sales across the pipeline to penetrate and attract prospects and convert them into recurring revenue.
  • Take a holistic view of every opportunity by following established process and accurately tracking and managing CRM data, review every interaction, activity, and stakeholder involved to make informed decisions and next steps to win it.

Customer Engagement and Management

  • Responsible for navigating through an enterprise organization to leverage cross-selling, upselling opportunities.
  • Drive customer lifetime value through customer journey; bring programs to help drive business value with customers, customer goal achievement, new features, and new use-cases; collaborating across teams to identify and pursue customer growth opportunities.

Contract Pricing and Pricing Procedures

  • Determine that correct prices and official service descriptions are shown in SOW, MSA, purchase orders, and contracts.
  • Approve non-standard terms and conditions, pricing, contract amendments, and payment terms in advance of quotes submitted to customers.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in establishing and meeting sales targets, goals, and objectives, and forecasting monthly/quarterly revenues.
  • 10+ years of experience in direct selling and sales management role with majority of experience in the geography of interest.
  • Proven experience in meeting sales targets year on year with appetite to grow business in multiple verticals.
  • High level of motivation and solid business acumen with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of software industry and articulate in presenting the spectrum of offerings.
