Role Overview:

">

As a Business Development Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding Lladró's presence in the luxury market. Your primary focus will be to identify, establish, and nurture relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNI), VIP customers, and key industry prescribers such as architects, interior designers, home stylists, and builders with the prime objective of growing the business. You would also be responsible for expanding the whole sale business by opening shop in shops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Execute strategic actions to connect with HNIs and VIP customers and create sales.">
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry prescribers such as architects, interior designers, and builders to promote Lladró products.">
  • Identify and connect expansion opportunities in growing cities, where Lladró is not present and tie up with high-end stores in retail, to Lladró through a shop in shops model.">
  • Generate leads, Conduct client visits and follow-ups to close sales.">
  • Represent Lladró at events, exhibitions, and other networking opportunities to strengthen brand visibility.">
  • Collaborate with the in-house store team to ensure seamless customer experiences and alignment with sales objectives.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in business development, corporate, sales, or a similar role, with a premium/luxury brand. A strong network of contacts among HNIs, VIPs, and/or industry prescribers, or the ability to develop these connections is essential. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets is a must. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and competitive environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both English and Hindi are required.
