Product Visionary Sought

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to define and execute against a product vision. You will work with our team to create, own, and continuously improve strategic and tactical plans for your product.

As a key member of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for owning at least one or more modules within our product line.

  • You will bring in strong product instincts, excellent communication skills, and technical fluency.
  • You will handle product backlog, analyze, elicit and define product requirements with the ability to multi-task, and work with cross-functional teams.
  • You are a self-starter, inquisitive; and brings in a "will get the job done" attitude and brings in a sense of humor to get through tough situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute against product vision
  • Own and continuously improve strategic and tactical plans for your product
  • Work with cross-functional teams to achieve product goals

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the cybersecurity domain is mandatory
  • Experience in managing product backlog, writing user stories, requirements specifications, and managing releases with Engineering and Program Management
  • Ability to understand product vision as well as the end-customer requirements to dictate system requirements in order to drive product backlog grooming as well as the development
  • Active role in sprint planning, backlog grooming
  • Ability to translate business problems into solutions through user stories, requirements, and relevant specs
  • Articulate customer and business value to all levels of the organization
  • Build good rapport with customers and effectively conduct customer advisory sessions
  • Eye for design and work with UX/UI to build great products
  • Develop compelling presentations and prototypes to communicate the product story
  • Interface with Business/Marketing team to conduct product demonstrations; evaluate, prioritize and build new features and tools
  • Good knowledge of agile development process, managing Sprints and utilizing process tools to track features, enhancements, bugs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate and work with people across different levels within an organization
  • Identify and understand market trends related to the products you manage and possess general business awareness of our company and its competition
