Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing multi-channel campaign plans, optimizing performance campaigns, and building automation workflows.

The successful candidate will have proven expertise in email campaign management and automation, as well as strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of marketing strategies and campaign plans across clients.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Own the execution of email marketing campaigns – from setup and testing to deployment and reporting.
  • Build and manage automation, drip campaigns, triggered journeys, and workflows to maximize engagement.
  • Ensure email deliverability, audience segmentation, and personalization follow best practices.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs across channels to track success and identify areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign execution with broader client strategies.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing execution.
  • Strong hands-on experience with email marketing platforms.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and GA4.
  • Experience creating and optimizing automation flows and triggered communications.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
