Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Identity and Access Manager to join our team. As a key member of our security department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions that meet the organization's security needs while complying with industry regulations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Migrate from Cisco DUO and RSA SecurID to Microsoft Authenticator, ensuring minimal disruption to services and user experience.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for integration and troubleshooting of MFA technologies, particularly Cisco DUO, RSA SecurID, and Microsoft Authenticator.
  • Design and implement MFA solutions that ensure best practices are followed in line with the organization's security framework.
  • Develop and enforce MFA policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users on MFA processes and tools, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of the new system.
  • Implement monitoring solutions to track MFA usage, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management regarding MFA effectiveness and potential improvements.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing MFA solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of MFA technologies, including Cisco DUO, RSA SecurID, and Microsoft Authenticator.
  • Excellent technical skills, with ability to provide guidance and support for integration and troubleshooting of MFA technologies.
  • Ability to design and implement MFA solutions that ensure best practices are followed in line with the organization's security framework.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with internal teams and end-users.
