mispa Technologies is an innovative IT security services provider that offers a secure future for its clients. As a Senior Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and developing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to safeguard critical systems and infrastructure.

  • Develop and manage PAM solutions from BeyondTrust to secure sensitive data and applications.
  • Configure and maintain privileged account vaults, password rotation policies, and access workflows to ensure seamless delivery of client services.
  • Troubleshoot PAM issues, including credential vault failures, session recording errors, and access request failures.
  • Integrate PAM solutions with other enterprise systems, such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and ticketing systems.
  • Manage Azure privileged access using Entra PIM and Conditional Access.
  • Utilize scripting languages like PowerShell or Python to automate routine tasks and reporting.
  • Conduct periodic audits, access reviews, and compliance reporting to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Administer Active Directory, LDAP, and Entra ID environments to enforce multi-factor authentication and adaptive access policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4–12 years of hands-on experience in PAM, IAM, and authentication technologies.
  • Strong expertise in BeyondTrust, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and Azure PIM.
  • Working knowledge of cloud IAM services (Azure, AWS) and authentication protocols.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Professional certifications preferred (e.g., BeyondTrust Certified, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator).
