We are seeking a skilled Immigration Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing a full caseload of employment-based immigration cases, including NIWs, O-1s, E-2s, EB-1s, and PERM-based I-140s and I-485s.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and edit high volumes of NIV/IV cases, focusing on NIW, O-1, EB-1A, and H-1B applications
  • Independently manage large caseloads while collaborating with inter-firm teams to ensure efficiency and excellence in work quality
  • Effectively communicate with clients throughout the visa process, providing timely updates and support
  • Report progress and status of cases to legal teams and managers, ensuring seamless case management
  • Liaise with government agencies, including USCIS, CBP, the US Department of State, and the US Department of Labor
  • Support lawyers in gathering evidence, preparing supplementary documents, and ensuring adherence to procedural stipulations and submission deadlines
  • Utilize strategic thinking and initiative to address case assignments and identify delays, implementing effective solutions
  • Prepare and coordinate document production and responses to RFEs
  • Maintain accurate records and consistently track and manage cases according to firm policies

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

A minimum of three years of experience in immigration law is required, specifically with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As. A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is advantageous.
