Required Skills:

  1. 7+ years of progressive experience in software development with a strong track record of delivering production-grade backend systems.
  2. Proven expertise in Python programming language.
  3. Hands-on experience with Langchain framework.
  4. Demonstrated experience with one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  5. Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate).
  6. Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in building intelligent systems.
  7. Proficient with Git for version control.
  8. Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
  9. Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  10. Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines for production deployments.
  11. Solid understanding and practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  12. Strong leadership and management skills.
  13. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  16. Proficient in MS Office suite.
